Shipping Policy
Shipping Timeframes:
Each Sparkle Motion Designs piece is handcrafted with care, intention, and a touch of stardust. Please allow 3-5 business days for ready-made items, 7-10 for any made to order item. If you have a commissioned item, after your final payment and the agreed upon date of completion, it will be lovingly packaged and shipped. Custom or commission pieces may take longer depending on the scope of the design — I will do my best to always communicate timing with you clearly.
Shipping Rates & Carriers:
We ship via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order type. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected service.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your new adornment's journey to you.
International Shipping:
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties. These are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
While we can’t control what happens once your package leaves our hands, we’ll do everything we can to assist you if your order is delayed or lost. Reach out to us at amanda@sparklemotiondesigns.com if you have any concerns.
RETURNS
Return Policy
Each piece I create at Sparkle Motion Designs is one-of-a-kind and made with love, which means I don’t accept returns or offer refunds on purchases. That said, your happiness truly matters to me — if there’s an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll always do my best to make it right.
Commissioned or Custom Orders:
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. I’ll confirm every design detail with you before I begin so we’re totally aligned and you feel confident in what you’re getting.
Repairs:
If your piece arrives damaged or needs a little love after normal wear, I offer a repair service for a small fee. You can find all the details on my Jewelry Repair Rates page.
