Welcome to Sparkle Motion Designs. By accessing or purchasing from www.sparklemotiondesigns.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

General Information

Sparkle Motion Designs is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Amanda Fugitt-Gallaher. All items are handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces of artisan jewelry and design. Due to the nature of handmade work, variations in texture, shape, and color are intentional and should not be considered defects. I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Orders & Payments

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Payment is accepted through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other secure checkout methods. Prices are subject to change without notice, and the price at checkout is final. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx with tracking. While estimated delivery times are provided, I am not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade, one-of-a-kind nature of my work, all sales are final. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, you must contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will work with you on a resolution. Repairs for craftsmanship issues are available within 30 days of purchase at no cost; after that period, repairs may be available for a small fee.

Intellectual Property

All jewelry designs, product descriptions, images, and website content are the exclusive property of Sparkle Motion Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Purchasing an item does not grant the right to reproduce or modify the design for resale.

Limitation of Liability

Sparkle Motion Designs is not responsible for allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from the use of my products. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any concerns before purchasing. I am not liable for typographical errors, incorrect pricing, or website downtime and reserve the right to cancel any order due to such issues.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is used only for order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties beyond those required to process payments and ship orders. All payments are processed securely through third-party providers, and I do not store your payment details.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes must first attempt to be resolved through direct negotiation and, if necessary, through Kentucky courts.
