At Sparkle Motion Designs, every piece is handcrafted with care, and I take great pride in ensuring your order arrives safely. Please review the following shipping policies before making a purchase.
Processing Time
• Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.
• Because all items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, I do not offer rush processing at this time.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
• Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most efficient and cost-effective option for your location.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
• I currently ship within the United States and select international locations. International shipping rates and any applicable customs fees will be displayed at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
• Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, Sparkle Motion Designs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
• If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
• If you believe your package was stolen, check with neighbors or your local post office before reaching out to the carrier.
International Shipping
• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
• I am not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
Address Accuracy
• Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact me immediately at sparklemotioncrafts@gmail.com. Address changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.
Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at sparklemotioncrafts@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and I will work with you on a resolution.
