At Sparkle Motion Designs, each piece is handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and made with deep intention. Because of the unique nature of our jewelry, all sales are final. However, I want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at sparklemotioncrafts@gmail.com so I can find a solution.

Exchanges & Repairs

• Exchanges: I do not offer direct exchanges, but if your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me immediately with photos.

• Repairs: If your jewelry needs a repair within 30 days of purchase due to a craftsmanship issue, I’ll happily fix it at no cost. After 30 days, repairs may be available for a small fee.

Since each piece is handmade and never replicated, please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions before ordering, I’m happy to help!
